In addition to our Prenatal Private Sessions, KIVA also offers group class instruction. This is a great addition to your personal privates or as a stand alone practice.
At KIVA Pilates, we prioritize safety and quality, which is why we restrict each class to a maximum of six students. This ensures that you receive personal attention and guidance throughout your prenatal fitness journey – no matter which trimester you’re in.
